RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We gladly accept return of books that are damaged or missing in transit. We must be notified at jfsims@jfsims.com within 24 hours of receipt.
Should you simply change your mind we need to know within three (3) days of delivery, and a return handling fee will be charged.
If a return is required through no fault of our own, the customer is responsible for re-packaging and returning the goods, using a reputable transport company. A 25% restock fee plus our shipping and handling costs are deducted from your refund. No returns are accepted after three (3) days.
Please adhere to the following guidelines when packaging your items for return:
- Items should be returned in new condition, and with the original packing materials.
- Indicate the reason for return on a copy of the packing slip and include it with the returned items(s) to ensure proper credit to your credit card. If you do not have a copy of your packing slip, please indicate your order number and the reason for return on a separate piece of paper and include it with the returned item(s).
Your return will be refunded to your credit card upon receipt of your returned item(s). Please keep a copy of your original order or order number until proper credit has been applied to your credit card in the event it is needed for tracing purposes.
When we have processed your returned item(s) and refunded your credit card, we will notify you via e-mail. Please note that all return terms apply to purchases made and shipped within the United States.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We currently do not ship outside the United States. If you reside outside the U.S., purchase your copy of the book from Amazon or other retailers.
